Purchase a Suburban K9 Gift Card for email delivery to a friend or family member.
This gift card can be utilized for either training services with Suburban K9 or for merchandise from Suburban K9 Outfitters. For training services, mention the code on the card to your customer service representative and they will make sure to apply it!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Acceptance: By purchasing, accepting, or using a Suburban K9 Gift Card, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Validity: The Suburban K9 Gift Card is redeemable for dog training services and merchandise at both Suburban K9 and Suburban K9 Outfitters. The card cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
Redemption: To redeem the Suburban K9 Gift Card, present the card number or code at the time of booking or checkout. The total value of the card will be applied to the total purchase amount. If the purchase exceeds the available balance on the card, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method.
Expiration: Suburban K9 Gift Cards do not expire. However, any unused balance will remain on the card until redeemed.
Refunds: Suburban K9 Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except where required by law.
Limitations: The Suburban K9 Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card cannot be reloaded or resold. Unauthorized resale or use of the card may result in termination of the card’s validity. Gift cards may only be used for products or full priced training services. They may not be used to purchase training services that are discounted or promotional in nature.
Lost or Stolen Cards: Suburban K9 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
Fraud: Suburban K9 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold cards and orders for suspected fraud, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or where prohibited by law.
Modification and Termination: Suburban K9 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. The terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
Governing Law: The formation, existence, construction, performance, validity of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of laws provisions. For any and all claims or disputes between the Parties that arise out of this Agreement, the parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the State of Tennessee.
