Oscar has been living in Las Vegas since he was four years old. He is a passionate person with a love for dogs, sports, and anything outdoors! He has always had dogs in his life as long as he could remember. His deep admiration for the loyalty and companionship our four-legged friends offer is something he values so much.
Prior to joining SK9, Oscar worked in the corporate world for 4 years at a personal security company. He acquired a degree in Criminal Justice which allowed him to pursue a career but not his true passion. Then in 2020, when he picked up Simba, his Mini Goldendoodle, he started to get more involved with dogs than ever before. He started to do more research on dog behavior to gain enough knowledge to properly train and guide Simba. He also started to dog sit on the weekends through Rover and built great relationships with fellow Goldendoodle owners via a Facebook group. Oscar finally decided to pivot his career to something he truly loves to give our four-legged friends some much-needed guidance for a great life ahead and help dog owners have a successful relationship with their best friend!
In his free time, Oscar likes to stay up to date on everything sports! Football is his favorite, but he also knows everything that is going on with baseball, basketball, soccer, and hockey. He is a proud dog dad of 2 Goldendoodles: a Mini Goldendoodle named Simba and a Moyen Goldendoodle named Flynn. Flynn just received his therapy dog certification to help communities, schools, and people.
Oscar looks forward to working with your pups, and if you catch him and his Goldendoodles out on the road, they will probably be windows down & tongues out in his Jeep, jamming out to some music with crazy hair in the wind!
