Mark was born and raised on a farm in New Jersey, surrounded by farm dogs. He honorably served his country for 20 years in the Army as an Infantryman, with assignments in Germany, three tours in Afghanistan, as well as postings in Washington, Louisiana, and Georgia.
Upon retiring in 2022, Mark relocated to Illinois for employment opportunities. He has worked as a K9 handler and K9 supervisor for Explosive Detection Dogs in the Chicago area, contributing to the safety and security of air travel. Mark has dedicated much of his life to serving his community and continues to do so through teaching and training both dogs and their owners to strengthen and deepen their bond.
In his free time, Mark is an enthusiastic outdoorsman who enjoys fly fishing and hiking with his wife.
