Jackson is an experienced canine professional with more than six years of hands-on experience in dog training, behavior modification, daycare, and team leadership. His career has
given him a well-rounded understanding of both the behavioral and obedience sides of professional dog care.
Jackson spent two years with Pets4Life, where he served as Camp Coordinator and played an integral role in building the daycare program from the ground up. As the program’s first day-to-day leader, he helped establish its operational framework, policies, procedures, and standards for safety, consistency, and accountability. Prior to Pets4Life, Jackson spent four years with Ruff Life Pet Service, progressing through roles as Lead Hiker, Trainer, and Manager. Working with dogs of different breeds, temperaments, ages, and training backgrounds provided the foundation for his practical understanding of canine behavior and handling. Before entering the canine-care field, Jackson worked as an EMT with Elite Ambulance and as a Corporate Caterer with J&L Catering.
A Chicago-area native and graduate of Roosevelt University, Jackson continues to expand his knowledge of canine behavior, breed traits, training techniques, and group dynamics. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his daughter, partner, and their Chihuahua mix, Tater Tot, as well as hiking, exploring the mountains, playing soccer, and continuing to learn every day.
