Erin was born and raised in the greater Los Angeles area and moved to Phoenix to attend Arizona State University. She has 3 children, ages 22, 20, and 16. Erin is a lover of animals who has always had dogs and cats in her life and has firsthand knowledge of the challenges young children and pets in the same household face. Over the years, Erin habitually took in animals found on the street and would either find their home or a rescue to take them in.
Erin’s life changed in an unexpected way when she adopted her dog Klaus 2 years ago. Since he needed a lot of exercise, she started going daily to local dog parks, making friends and observing various types of dogs. She also started pet sitting in her home for people she met at the dog parks. Spending 1-3 hours a day with dogs in those environments increased Erin’s knowledge of breeds and behavior, thereby growing her love of dogs and leading to a life-altering decision. After decades of retail management training and coaching people, Erin decided to apply that knowledge towards helping individuals and families improve and strengthen their relationships with their dogs through training. Her goal is for people and their animals to live their best lives together!
