Astrid has loved dogs and had them in her life for as long as she can remember. Her interest in dog training started as a client of Suburban K9 for her dogs. While working with her dogs, Astrid saw firsthand how much of a difference training can make. Not only helping the dog learn commands, but also strengthening the relationship between dogs and their people.
Astrid volunteers at the Evanston Animal Shelter and lives with her three dogs, Ca$h, Echo, and Charlie. On the weekends, you can usually find Astrid and her pups exploring Sniffspots, practicing nose work, or relaxing together on a dog-friendly restaurant patio.
