Gracie is a young Pomsky that is staying with Suburban K9 for our board and train program. Her owners love to travel and want to be able to allow her to be off leash while enjoying the great outdoors.
Nelson is working on a few things with Gracie in this clip. First, he practices having her follow him around and generally stay close to him. Nelson also practices having Gracie down and stay while off leash.
After a few minutes of practice, Nelson heads down one of our trails with Gracie. Each time she runs off a little too far he calls her back and praises her for a job well done. After a few weeks of this Gracie will be ready to return to her owners and start listening to them!
