Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of goods, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date.  You MUST contact us at dogtraining@suburban-k9.com and wait for our confirmation before returning a product.  Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. All shipping on returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the purchaser. This includes the cost of returning the goods and any costs associated with sending you new goods.
