William’s most important role is to provide you – the client – with effective, professional & humane training for your dog. Training that makes your life easier, by teaching your dog how to behave and live within the structure of normal family life.
Dogs have always been a huge part of William’s life. His father worked as a police K-9 handler for years, and William got to work with him and learn how they train their dogs. Through that experience, he discovered what he wanted to do with the rest of his life: work with dogs. He then adopted his first dog, a German Shepherd-Boxer mix who is now 2 years old, named Apollo Creed. Having Apollo in his life has been such an eye-opening experience for William, because he is not your average dog. Apollo has been very smart and rambunctious since he was a puppy, and William had to quickly adapt to being a good parent and trainer.
William has always been a problem solver – challenging behavioral problems keep him on his toes! But having fun with your dog is important too, and William can help bring the joy back into your dog training experience. A spoiled rotten yet disciplined dog is his goal. He believes that dog training is about understanding the natural instincts of dogs, how they learn and how to read their body language and energy. He looks forward to getting to know you and your dog!
