Walker grew up on a cattle ranch in Louisiana and surrounded himself with animals his entire life. Living in a rural area with plenty of space and time, he had lots of one-on-one time with dogs in his work and personal life. At a very young age, Walker picked out his very first dog at the local animal shelter, but some would say that Hunter chose him. He also trained Ginger, his six-year-old lab, and she has been with him through thick and thin. Ginger is his true best friend in every way.
While furthering his knowledge in psychology, his interest in human behavior nurtured his current fascination with animal behavior. He understands the importance of proper training and will ensure that dogs and their humans have the best chance for happiness and success.
Hard work has been embedded in Walker throughout his entire life. He spent two years working in the oil industry, and most recently spent a year working on the cattle ranch where he was raised. He decided to move to Nashville to expand his opportunities and found the perfect career doing something he loves: working with dogs! In his free time, Walker enjoys doing just about anything outside. He loves working out, playing soccer, snowboarding, and spending time with family and friends. His family would not be complete without his dogs, Ginger and Hunter!
