Jared has always loved dogs and first found his passion for training when his girlfriend was diagnosed with a cardiac condition that required a service dog. He dedicated his time to working with her service dog, Nala, and was fascinated by the impact on his girlfriend’s independence at the end of the training process. From this point on, Jared knew he wanted to make a career out of helping owners bond with their dogs through training.
Volunteering with a local rescue has led to him fostering well over 100 different dogs of all shapes and sizes. Jared loves getting to know each dog’s personality to identify their training needs to best prepare them for their forever homes.
He is originally from Boulder, Colorado, but came to Arizona for college. After graduating from ASU with a Business Law degree, he worked in finance for a year until he decided to commit to and follow his passion full time!
In his free time, he enjoys gardening, camping, cooking, and traveling. He also likes finding new activities for him, his girlfriend, and dogs to participate in. He has even introduced his dogs to sheep herding, dock diving, search and rescue, hunting scent work, and agility.
