Customer Service Representatives

What is required to work at Suburban K9 as a Customer Service Representative?

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in customer relations, as well as a basic understanding of dogs.
The candidate must be available to work nights and Saturdays, as well as daytime hours.
This is a Work-From-Home position. You will need to have high speed internet access as well as a quiet space in your home to work your hours.

How long does training take?

Training typically takes anywhere from 4-5 weeks. During training you will learn all about Suburban K9 as a company - our programs, our training methods, our trainers, as well as the ins and outs of our company system, Zoho. We utilize Zoho to track client information such as training goals, emails, phone conversations, and training packages. Training takes place virtually through video meetings but there are also some opportunities for training in person with the Front Desk Manager.

What are Customer Service Hours?

Our Customer Service representatives typically work 40 hours a week with varying hours from Monday - Saturday. Our office is open Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 7:00pm CST, Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm CST, and Saturday 9:00am to 3:30pm CST

What is a typical day for a Customer Service representative?

One of the best parts of this job is that every day there’s something new - a new client to help, a new story about a client’s dog, a new package to set up. Generally during a day, your duties will vary between handling phone calls with customers, answering emails from customers and trainers, monitoring the company chat, and completing Tasks within the Zoho system to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments. There are times where your manager will also assign side projects to work on!
